"Made the whole deal feel a lot easier"
Working with PPL Motorhomes was easy. I kept thinking, okay, this negotiation part is going to be stressful, but they actually helped me through it and made it feel a lot more manageable. I didn’t feel pushed or talked over, which was a relief. They seemed to actually listen to what I wanted, and by the end I was thinking, yeah, this worked out well. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything went

"Sold my motorhome on consignment"
I left my RV with PPL on consignment and, it went a lot smoother than I expected. They walked me through the price range, took care of the calls and showings, and kept me in the loop when an offer came in. The paperwork was simple too, which was nice because I was kind of expecting... well, more hassle. It did take a little patience, but it sold, and the check showed up just like they said it would. I’d use them again.

"Pretty happy with how it all went"
Found the RV I was looking for and the whole process was easier than I expected.. the staff answered all my questions and didn’t make it feel awkward or pushy. Overall I’m really happy with pplmotorhomes.com and yeah I’d use them again

"Pickup was fine, delivery got a bit messy"
Pickup was alright, honestly. The person I talked to was nice and seemed to have the main stuff in front of them, so that part didn’t take much messing around. We got through it without any big issue.

Delivery was where it got kind of confusing. The times kept shifting around, and I ended up calling more than once just to figure out what was actually going on. It did get delivered in the end, so fine, but the whole thing was more stressful than it needed to be

"Listing wasn’t really accurate"
I’m giving 2 stars because the RV I drove out to see didn’t really match what was shown in the listing. The photos made it look like it was in better shape than it actually was, and there were a few details that either weren’t mentioned or just weren’t clear. The staff was fine, nothing rude or anything, but this is where it got annoying: I had already made a long drive expecting something a lot closer to what was posted. They really need to keep their listings updated and more accurate so people know what they’re actually going to see.

"Payment showed up right on time"
I was bracing myself for some kind of delay, but nope, the payment came through exactly when PPL Motorhomes said it would. I remember checking and thinking, “Oh wow, they actually did it right on time.”
There wasn’t any chasing, calling around, or stressing over where things stood. It was straightforward and kind of a relief, so yeah, I’d use them again.

"Easier than I expected"
Buying through pplmotorhomes.com was straightforward. I’d looked around at a few other places first, and compared to some of them, this felt a lot less confusing. I found what I was looking for, asked a couple questions, and the process was laid out clearly enough. Replies took a little time here and there, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good first experience buying this way.

"Pretty good deal, even if it wasn’t perfect"
I ended up finding a camper that actually fit my budget, which was a relief. They didn’t really pressure me to spend more, although of course there were a couple moments where I wondered if I should’ve upgraded. The price seemed fair compared to a few other places I looked at, and the fees were mostly clear, I still don’t love seeing extra fees, but at least nothing felt super shady. It’s definitely not fancy, but weirdly that’s part of why I like it. For what I paid, I’m really happy with it. Overall, easy process and a good value.

My order actually showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was decent and I didn’t run into any major issues. as long as shipping stays this smooth, I’ll keep ordering — but if it starts getting slow or unreliable, I’d probably look elsewhere

"Paperwork took longer than I expected"
The buying part was fine overall, but the paperwork and title process took longer than I thought it would. I had to call a few times just to see what was going on, at one point I was close to saying forget it and going somewhere else. The staff was polite whenever I did get someone on the phone, but I really wish the title handling had been explained more clearly from the start. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been

"Warranty help was okay, not amazing"
I bought a used RV through pplmotorhomes.com and ended up needing help with the warranty a few weeks later. To be fair, they did respond and eventually got the claim moving, but it took a couple of calls and some waiting around. Isn’t that always the part that makes things more frustrating than they need to be?

It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I expected, and I had to follow up more than I would’ve liked. The issue did get handled in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, right? Overall, 3 stars feels about fair.
